Can I Use Someone Else's Form of Payment on DraftKings?

Only the account holder is permitted to add and use payment methods on the app. It is stated that "DraftKings Sportsbook only accepts payments from the account holder. Third-party payments and/or transfers are strictly prohibited." Therefore, it is not possible to use someone else's form of payment on the DraftKings sportsbook app.
