How to Place a Straight Bet on BetMGM

1. First, log in to your BetMGM account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one and make a deposit to fund your betting account.

2. Navigate to the sport you want to bet on. You can find the different sports listed on the left-hand side of the BetMGM website or app.

3. Once you've selected the sport you want to bet on, choose the event or game you want to place a bet on.

4. Next, select the type of bet you want to place. For a straight bet, you'll usually want to select the "Moneyline" option. This type of bet is simply a wager on which team or player will win the game outright.

5. Once you've selected the Moneyline option, you'll see the odds for each team or player. Simply click on the team or player you want to bet on to add it to your betting slip.

6. On the betting slip, enter the amount you want to wager. BetMGM will automatically calculate your potential payout based on the odds and your wager amount.

7. Double-check your bet details, including the team or player you're betting on, the odds, and the amount you're wagering. Once you're satisfied, click "Place Bet" to confirm your wager.

8. If your bet is successful, you'll be paid out the winnings directly into your BetMGM account.
