Now, what is a round robin bet? A round robin is a type of bet that combines multiple individual wagers into a series of smaller parlay bets. A round robin bet requires at least three individual wagers, and each individual wager is combined into a parlay with every other wager. This means that a round robin bet with three wagers would result in three separate parlays, while a round robin bet with four wagers would result in six separate parlays.
Here's an example of a round robin bet:
Let's say you want to bet on the following three NFL games:
- New England Patriots (-3) vs. Miami Dolphins
- Seattle Seahawks (+7) vs. San Francisco 49ers
- Green Bay Packers (-6) vs. Minnesota Vikings
You could place a round robin bet with two teams and two combinations, which would result in two separate parlays:
- Parlay 1: New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks
- Parlay 2: New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers
If all three of your selected teams win, you would win a higher payout than if you had placed three separate bets. However, if any one of the individual wagers loses, some of the parlays in your round robin bet may still win, but the overall payout will be lower.
